Wellness Coaching is a relatively new frontier in the health industry. The relationship formed by the client and the coach is centered around the client reaching their wellness goals. It therefore creates a strong, healthy, supportive, learning environment where the client can understand their deepest motivations and obstacles. As the coach, I will help you develop the skills necessary to use these motivators effectively and constructively overcome hurdles to reach your wellness vision.
Building relationships that yield success!
• The client will express interest in reaching a certain wellness goal. This can be anything related to fitness, nutrition, stress management, sleep etc.
•The coach will ask the client to fill out a questionnaire about their lifestyle and their goals to gain understanding about the client’s motivations, obstacles etc.
•The coach will aid the client in developing a long term vision and a shorter 3 month goal to use as a guide for their sessions.
•Together they will come up with weekly goals and discuss issues that come up during the journey.
•As the coach, I will hold the client accountable for their behavior and feelings as well as be an open and understanding ear to allow insight into their emotions and behaviors.
How the Wellness Coaching Process Works
There are multiple studies that show individuals that use the services of a personal fitness trainer push harder and attain their fitness goals more often than those who go it alone.
As a trainer, I believe that each individual client is motivated by unique factors and I make it my mission to find those motivators, and use them to develop a program tailored to each client and their lifestyle.
To be successful, we need to work hard and be vigilant which is often times difficult when you are not held accountable. I develop programs that are result oriented and hold each client accountable for following a program by using realistic, measurable goal setting.

The Personal Training Process
• The Client will fill out a questionnaire as to their goals, limitations, medical issues, etc.
• We will perform a body composition assessment to obtain baseline information. This will include weight and body fat analysis.
• We will develop a fitness program and track progress and results.
• We will reevaluate the program and update as needed.
