Spring Recipes: 

No Wheat veggie LAsagna

SErves 6

2 lbs butternut squash

6 cups Swiss Chard or Spinach

4 cups sliced button or baby bella mushrooms

Marinara Sauce

1 cup Parmesan Cheese

steam and Smash Squash, layer in bottom of pyrex dish

sauté chard or spinach until wilted in 1 tsp olive oil and garlic salt, layer on top of squash

Sauté Mushrooms in 1 tsp olive oil, garlic salt, and italian seasoning, layer on top of chard or spinach

Layer Marinara on top and cover with parmesan cheese

cook at 425 degrees for 30 minutes season with red pepper and italian seasoning to taste.

Spring Green Smoothie:

1 serving

2 cups spinach

1 cup strawberries

1 banana

1 cup h2o

Blend in Blender on high
